Hey there parents!  This page is just for you and while it might not be as fun as some of the other pages, it is a super important page.  This is the page where you"ll find all the medical and liability release forms you could ever imagine and while it might seem like an ominous task to fill out all these forms, these forms ensure that if there is an emergency and we need to get a hold of you or help your child out in we can do so right away.  We take the safety of your child very seriously and we want to make sure we've covered all our bases.  Thanks for your time with this!
